The staff of The Soaring Eagle Spotlight would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to two exceptional Steuben County organizations: FIST Youth Philanthropy Pod and Swager Communications.
Each of these organizations donated money to the Spotlight which funded the ability to have an increased online presence this year with a website as well as content management software, which helps staff be able to keep what each person is working on organized.
FIST Youth Philanthropy Group
FIST, Forever Improving Steuben County Together, is a youth philanthropy organization that offers time and grant funds to organizations in Steuben County. FIST meets monthly and is made of students from Fremont, Angola, and Hamilton High Schools. FIST is under the direction of the Steuben County Community Foundation.
Swager Communications, INC
Swager Communications is located in Fremont. For over 50 years, the Swager Family has been in business designing and constructing antenna towers, radar towers, and other communications towers around the globe. Founded by the late Bill Swager, Swager Communications is today run by his son, Lee, and his grandson, Jared.
